A man that prosecutors say was very intoxicated when he tried to shoot his two roommates - firing his handgun until it was empty - now faces a total of 21 charges, including 19 felonies. Randal Weed Dickinson, 56, of Francis, Summit County, was charged Wednesday in 3rd District Court with two counts of attempted murder, a first-degree felony; possession of a firearm by a restricted person, a second-degree felony; 16 counts of illegal discharge of a firearm, a third-degree felony; carrying a dangerous weapon while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor; and intoxication, a class C misdemeanor.
